Shipping and delivery

All packages ship within 48hrs of purchase.

Packages will ship to the address entered by the customer upon checkout. 

Customers should have a secure and safe place for deliveries. Charm City Treasure is not responsible for theft, addresses incorrectly entered, or packages that go missing after the courier confirms delivery.

Returned packages will be charged a $5 fee plus the cost of postage to transport the package. 

Once your package has been scanned as received by USPS, it is out of our hands.  Charm City Treasure does not have any control over packages lost or delayed.

If your package is lost, missing, or exceptionally delayed during transit, please contact USPS directly with the tracking number to check the status or file a claim.

Any items lost or damaged in transit is not the responsibility of Charm City Treasure and complaints should be directly filed with USPS.com or the local postmaster.
